I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and they refused to refund me at first, saying they would spray me with insecticide. Is this funny? Who would dare to continue staying here? I didn't ask for compensation for my losses, I just asked for a refund of my room fee. I had to contact the official customer service before they agreed to refund me for that night. They should also refund me for yesterday. Just because I didn't find any cockroaches doesn't mean they aren't there, right? The sanitary environment is bad, but the attitude is also so bad. Who else should I give a bad review to? I am an old customer, and it is like this after so many stays. It is so disappointing. I will not come here again! No one should go! ! !

The room is large, the facilities are relatively complete, and the air conditioning is good. The environment is pretty good, and the service is okay, but the takeaway cannot be delivered upstairs, so you need to go downstairs to get it yourself, which is not very convenient.

The reason for booking this hotel is its convenient transportation. To be honest, the hotel is just around the corner from the subway station. Booked two rooms, but the check-in experience was terrible! The bathrooms in both rooms had a serious odor, the whole room smelled like a sewer, and the smell could not be covered even when the bathroom doors were closed. As soon as I entered the bathroom, it was like entering a dry toilet, with bath towels and hand towels huddled together. The ground was very dirty and there was a puddle of water.

It's close to the elevated road, and you can still hear the traffic even if you close the curtains. The room is quite large, but the facilities are relatively simple, the laundry room is not convenient to use, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Overall, it is okay.
