Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive to guest needs. The hotel facilities were complete, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and they even had duck blood and vermicelli soup.

On a business trip to Nanjing, I chose this hotel in the city center beforehand. The location is convenient, close to a subway station, and easily accessible from the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's even a Cha Yan Yue Se downstairs. It's a tall building, definitely a landmark in the city center. The staff were generous and enthusiastic. Joanna helped me with a room change, and I was able to check in as soon as I arrived at noon, which was very quick. She also thoughtfully recommended some local restaurants. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance. [Strong]

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There are all sorts of great restaurants right downstairs, and it's super convenient for getting anywhere. She was also very thoughtful with the room assignment; knowing we were here for sightseeing, she gave us a room with a wonderful view. The bed was extremely comfortable. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing.

I booked this hotel last minute for my trip to Nanjing, and it's in an excellent location right in Xinjiekou. They upgraded my room, which was spacious and comfortable. The front desk service was fantastic – very professional and welcoming with a smile. Plus, there's ample parking in the city center, and it's conveniently close to several department stores. For those driving, there's free parking available. The rooms are well-equipped, soundproof, and the air conditioning is cool, ensuring a good night's sleep! It's our top choice in Xinjiekou, and we'll definitely keep choosing Novotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Subway Exit 16. There are plenty of malls and restaurants around. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the natural lighting and bedding are very clean. The front desk service was also very attentive.
