Very comfortable room, spacious & clean. Need better lighting, since window for this room type is small. Close to metro station, but not in city center. Need some improvement with breakfast.

Our go-to hotel when staying in Tianjin. Hotel is easily reachable by metro from Tianjin West Railway Station in about 25 minutes including a short walk. Rooms are non-smoking but the first room we were given still had some smoke smell (which can often happen in hotels). But the staff was very accommodating and gave us a new room without smoke smell. Otherwise clean and modern. Will definitely book again.

Had an amazing experience at Urcove. The rooms were super spacious, clean and well taken care of. Staffs are pleasant and easy check-in and checkout. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding hotel with very friendly staff and customer service. Dong Qi is one very friendly and helpful gentleman. His customer service and care is impeccable. I am very impressed with the hotel every thing was exceptional. Thank you Dong Qi and everyone for the warm welcome.

The room was large and the stay was good. Upon arrival the WiFi didn’t without WeChat but there was helpful English speaking staff fixing it. Overall very nice hotel.

The hotel room is big and comfortable. The staff are really friendly. It’s near MRT. Had a great time while staying here:)

Great hotel with prompt response for every request. Good location, convenience for transportation, the subway is only a couple of minutes walk away, which can directly reach the airport. Two things can improve: 1. it’s will be better to have a mini microwave in the room. 2. Sometimes there’s smoke smell in the hallway, it’s better smoke is only allowed in the smoking-room, not other places in the building.
