The staff at the hotel was very friendly. When I couldn’t understand them/speak mandarin, they put every effort to communicate. Even at night, the staff was available to guide me and tried to assist me with drinks. Before I left, the staff also gifted me a bag with chinese local snacks and a postcards (which I appreciated so so much).
Overall a very pleasant stay and the location is near the metro as well.

In term of of sizing,the room fitted well for big family members. However, heater exhaust circulation not balance in between the ground floor and first floor. It was hot in first floor and cooler at ground floor. It’s quite near to metro station and shopping mall. Customer service was provided quite good, in terms of tourism guidance.

The hotel is approximately 3-5 mins walk from the metro station. Staffs were attentive and welcoming. The hotel is near to 鼓樓 and a walkable distance to 古文化街. Definitely worth the amount paid since it was an enjoyable stay and overall a great experience.

The hotel is old and the cleanliness is not good in addition to the lack of sound insulation. When we came back from outside at 10 o'clock when we entered the room and while my children were going to bed to sleep, we were surprised by a knock on the door and there was a policeman at the door informing us that the neighbor was disturbed and could not sleep. I did not like the hotel and it was not as I expected.

We only stayed for 1 night.
Location is good near streets food and walking distance to shopping centre.
Generally rooms are good size and clean. Receptionist is very helpful and readily to our enquiries. Service is Good.
Reception counter gave us a bag of nice biscuits during our departure this morning. 👍👍❤️❤️

It is located right at the edge of the historic Drum Tower district. Very convenient for the metro. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Good price too
