City Comfort Inn Hotel (Nanning Railway Station Chaoyang Square)

This hotel is so bad I'd give it 0 stars. As soon as I walked in, I saw two bugs dancing around in the sink and the sewer smelled foul. I immediately went downstairs and asked the front desk to change rooms. They upgraded me, and it was fine. However, there were no bugs in the sink, but when I opened the toilet, there was another one, and there was a hair on the toilet lid. What kind of hygiene is this? The slippers labeled disinfected were opened, probably because the previous owner had used them and didn't bother replacing them. Another pair, still in its original packaging, had clear tape stuck to the soles, 😓 a fake disinfection rip. The toilet paper was also used by someone else. One bucket was new, and the other was half-ripped. The room was damp, smelled stuffy, and was very noisy. I could find a few small flies every day. The air conditioner was terrible, blowing directly into my head. And the remote control never responded even after pressing it for a long time. Aside from the location, this hotel has nothing else to offer. It's worse than the 120 RMB per night B&B I stayed at near the airport. This hotel is also the most expensive one at the train station. I thought the higher price would mean better quality, but I didn't expect it to be so bad.

The room is very clean. The lobby environment is very good. The front desk service is good.
