Check in was fast. Counter staff was ok. Other than check in politeness and speedy, they could be more forthcoming with smile when guests pass their counter. Housekeeping aunties were nice and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is so so. Breakfast start at 7 am, but some items are not ready. A bit disappointing. A lot of eateries around hotel. Railway station and metro around the corner.

非常差酒店想打0星。首先進門就看見兩衹蟲子在洗手枱翩翩起舞且下水道反味，馬上下樓讓前台換房，前台給我升級了房間還算ok。結果新房間洗手枱沒有蟲，馬桶打開又是一個想不到的小蟲，而且馬桶蓋上有一根毛逆天，什麼衞生質量能想象。
標着消了毒的拖鞋包裝都是打開的，估計是上個人用了懶得換新的，另一雙包裝完好沒打開的鞋底黏了透明膠😓虛假消毒。
廁所衞生紙也是被別人用過的，一個桶是新的另外一個桶都被扯了一半。房間很潮一股悶悶的味道，也很吵，每天都能刷新一點小飛蟲出來。空調也是離譜，對着頭吹的。而且那個遙控器按半天老是沒反應。
可以説除了地理位置一無是處。還不如我在機場旁邊住的120塊錢一晚的民宿。這家酒店還是火車站賣的最貴的，想説貴一點應該質量好，沒想到這麼差

這酒店是24年開業的比較新，地理位置也不錯就在南寧站旁邊，去三街兩巷也特別近，去其他景區也很方便的，整體感覺不錯，住了四晚都都可以，衹是早餐種類比較少，其他的都還可以的。

酒店地理位置非常好，就在南寧站對面，離開那天慢條斯理作了測試，從酒店大門到入站安檢，站在入閘的地方就15分鐘。另一方面離三街兩巷也近。

剛入住第一晚我就自己擦馬桶發現有蛆，然後我就打電話給前台，然後換房間，結果開空調遙控粘手，牀頭櫃也有紅色痕跡，也有煙灰，我就要了兩天早餐券，也不想為難誰，結果今天想退房之前手機不見了，問打掃衞生阿姨，她説沒見到，昨天收拾也説會抖，結果我自己在桶裏找到了，就被床單包起來了，後來打電話説退我一半房費，攜程客服又説是一晚的一半，然後攜程補我一半，加一起還是一晚的錢。後續也退了，但是文字遊戲真的很。。。
