工作人員非常有耐心 一共換了兩次房間 都積極配合響應非常快 同時也免費幫助升級了房間
發現房間牆壁上有一塊污漬 工作人員第一時間進行了清潔
還給小朋友送上水果
不管多晚多早進入酒店 前台工作人員都會很熱情的打招呼沒有因為時間的關係懈怠問候
離山姆非常近

因為到達南寧的時間比較晚，而且第二天打算去青秀山，所以訂了這家全季，離主要城區是有點距離的
總體來説挺不錯的，酒店很新，房間很大，瓶裝水管夠，酒店還有洗衣機和烘乾機，因為我們出去了，工作人員還把烘乾的衣服給我們送回房間
酒店不遠的一條街，晚上有擺攤，價廉物美

最喜歡就是全季在哪裡都是一樣的品質、一樣的服務，這家店當地出租車師傅説很偏，可是並不呀，去地鐵站也快，附近也有萬達廣場、山姆。酒店的早餐很棒，乾淨又好吃，房間的淋浴非常舒適，晚上也很安靜。

全季酒店(南宁火车东站云景路店)臨近南寧高鐵東站，車程大概十五分鐘，交通十分方便，雙人雙床房間寬敞舒適乾淨整潔，整體來講很不錯。

環境非常差勁，要住在這的朋友還是選擇別家吧。周圍是工地，夜裡兩點混凝土攪拌車還在作業，房間的窗户是壞的，根本關不嚴，吵得根本沒法睡覺。最可笑的是酒店前台知道周圍工地夜間作業，難道要遊客打城市投訴電話嗎？ 夜裡兩點要給我換房間，這就是酒店的處理態度，退房時連句話也沒有，和其他城市全季相差太遠。
