這家店的保護客人私隱做的及其之差，我住那麼多年酒店從沒見過還能這樣操作的，4月16日早上跟朋友吵架沒回家我在這定了一天的酒店，一個人入住睡著了半個小時後突然驚醒，旁邊多了一個人，我真的被嚇死了，那種心情無法形容，我馬上打電話給前台質問到底誰給的門卡，前台跟我説是問了我名字然後前台就幫他開門了，我：？！？！？！？！？！？！，且不説我認不認識他，前台你都不會打電話問我一聲能不能幫他開門？如果我跟他之間是有仇有恨，你這樣幫他開門我是不是當天就交代在你這裏了？前台居然還反問我：你為什麼不事先説明不能幫開門？我：？！！？？！我在你這裏一個人來開房間衹登記了一個身份證，你不問他幹什麼的也不問我同不同意就把我房間號告訴別人還幫別人開門，這麼熱心？還能問出我這種為什麼不事先告知不能幫開門的話？我尋思哪裡住酒店還能幫未登記的人開門的？真的這個差評我必須要給！

離廣藝相思湖校區最近的，最好的酒店；送孩子上學，連住了四晚，服務也好，下次一定不做別的選擇！酒店設施新，前台行李寄存安全，入住和退房服都非常方便！
