Echeng Hotel (Nanning Mixc City Exhibition Branch)

When I stay in a hotel, I almost never leave a bad review! but! Stayed at this terrible hotel on the fifth day of the ***** New Year! ! ! ! It caused me to suffer from neurasthenia, unable to sleep well and having a headache! When I checked in last night, I heard this piercing noise at around 11 o'clock in the middle of the night! At nine o'clock in the morning, I was woken up by this sound again! The quality of sleep is already poor and yet I am tortured like this! I called repeatedly to complain and was told that the noise might be from the restaurant on the 13th floor! Said there was no solution! As a result, when I checked out, I heard the loud noise clearly again. I walked to the next room and found that the cleaner was moving the sofa. This sound was the noise that had bothered me all morning! However, the hotel did not take any countermeasures at all and blamed the restaurant! I want to know why they make so much noise during the morning rest period without even realizing it? ! The noise has been going on for an hour at this time! The most annoying thing is that the hotel manager still hasn’t given me a satisfactory answer!

The room type is okay. You can see the convention and exhibition center through the window, but the air conditioner turns on the light too brightly, illuminating people while sleeping, and the air conditioner is too loud. The fruit delivered is also much less than before. It used to be a fruit plate, but now it comes in a small carton, and there is also a rotten tomato.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a few hundred meters walk from Exit B of Vientiane City Station on Line 1. The hotel is within walking distance to Vientiane City and Hangyang International, and is convenient for shopping. The room is clean and comfortable. The service staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall very satisfied.
