At first there was some misunderstanding on the type of bed for the booked room. However, the owner finally given an upgraded room for us. Thank you. We were passing by Nanning to tour the other cities in China, so no much to do here as the public bus stops and shopping malls are a bit far by walking.

Recommended, the location is easy to find, there is Vientiane City nearby, the room facilities are complete, including refrigerator and washing machine, which is convenient for business travelers like us, and the room is large. The front desk service is also very good, I will stay here again next time I pass through Nanning

This time, I stayed in room 2911. Overall, the facilities and environment weren't exactly new and clean, but the service was excellent. I called the front desk and they were very welcoming and proactive in resolving any issues.
This complex is home to a variety of hotels and apartments, and the buildings appear quite old from the outside, but the prices are reasonable.
Transportation and dining options are conveniently located downstairs.

Cleanliness: Okay.
Facilities: The washing machine drain was broken, flooding the balcony. The air conditioner was too loud. The paper towels were unusable and soaked. There was only one power strip for charging. Turning off the lights was difficult; you had to go to the door to do so.
