房間設施老舊，在攜程上訂的高級單人間，服務員説是特價房，衹能給位置在邊角落上，面積小的房間給我（訂房的時候，攜程上面也沒註明是特價房）。去看房以後果斷的又加了錢，把房間改為標間。因為房間的確太小。這個就有點區別對待了。為什麼在攜程上面訂的房就給位置差的，小的房間呢。況且我在攜程上面訂房的時候備註的房間面積是和其他房間面積都是一樣30平方的。
還有就是在酒店早上吃早餐的時候，吃的牛腩粉牛腩肉裏面居然很多淋巴肉。

經常住酒店，住酒店一般不點差評，除非真的要忍不住了，入住這個酒店不止一次了，算起來也差不多有十次了，不算太多但一個人能來你酒店住也不算少了吧，在南寧，酒店這麼多，我為什麼不選擇華住？為什麼不選擇東呈？偏偏選擇美豪麗致呢？美豪麗致就是因為好而聞奇名，所以我才選擇這家離我教近一點美豪麗致，這家酒店入住多次了，剛開始入住的時候覺得這家酒店還是不錯的，環境也不錯，南寧很少酒店，下午茶夜宵這些，這些都是美豪麗致的加分項，但是不懂為什麼這家酒店不是你經常住而更加的服務好你，而是你住越多次，酒店就越不重視客户的入住體驗，然後入住酒店多次發現酒店的衞生還是存在挺大問題的這次入住得比較晚了，原本白天因為工作的原因就很累，想着住酒店可以立馬休息，剛躺下，床單有蟲子！！！真的很噁心！難道酒店床單不換的麼？衞生不打掃徹底的麼？另外房間地板有頭髮很明顯了，服務員過來看了，並沒有因為酒店衞生問題而有一點點的歉意，而是匆忙的換個房就走了，這點的體驗感更加不好，之前有一次房間空調很想響影響睡眠，也是叫服務員上來調整了是不響了但是又非常的熱。還有一次牆壁還滲水房間還發黴，忘記拍照片了，最後，酒店當知道入住得因為房間問題存在入住體驗不好的時候並沒有詢問入住體驗，害～入住多次這家酒店得到的就是這個服務，很累的，以後不敢恭維了。
