It is actually an apartment home within an enclosed compound. The address posted in the voucher is completely different from actual address. Need to call the owner a few times before can find the place. I happened to be there around 1.00pm & yet struggled to find the place. If it is a night then it would be far worst. Not recommended for foreigners. Floor & bed is clean.

The place is difficult to find. It should be because the suites are divided. There is no soundproofing or private bathroom when someone comes in the middle of the night. There is a bucket of garbage in the room that has not been disposed of. There is a strong smell of oil smoke that lingers when you enter.

離車站挺近幾百米， 房屋內設施還算全，挺便宜，五一假期能訂到這麼便宜的挺好了，吃喝都方便，到車站電車車幾分鐘，還算不錯，比周邊酒店便宜，性價比還算可以，衞生乾淨， 老闆還提供電動車送到站服務，不錯不錯

離東站很近幾百米， 走路十分鐘小區樓下吃飯方便， 老闆也可以電動車接送，2-3分鐘到車站，中轉第二天座車， 不想找那麼貴的，屋裡WIFI都有，小房間是洗手間公用也還好了， 房間衞生都挺乾淨，小區民宿，便宜的挺不錯

南寧東站旁邊的小區 ，挺近的民宿百來塊錢，價格不算貴，比酒店便宜很多，一個兩個人出門不介意的話可以考濾這種，房間挺乾淨，吃東西什麼的也方便

這就是民房，房間就是民房單獨隔出來的，面積很小的的一間，就幾塊隔板隔開，隔音效果一點是沒有，就連旁邊吃東西的聲音都能聽見，衞生用品沒有，洗浴是公共洗浴，不存在住宿登記

內飾陳舊，床單被子啥的都是老闆娘手洗的，很臟，牙膏衹發一衹，問她要她還對你破口大罵，老闆娘很噁心沒有邊界感不懂分寸，隨意打開房門闖入，之前好評都是收了她的小紅包的吧，黑心商家***。垃圾民宿，體驗感極差
