Overall the place is clean and is more like a flat that you are sharing with others.
I was quiet surprised to find out that I have to pay a difference because the room I booked was not available(apparently beacuse the bunk bed was broken) ,I had to text the landlord she didn't tell me at the beginning and I found that really disappointing.
I ended up taking the room and paying the difference because it was to late for me to find another place.
Around 4 am I was woke up by two guys that were staying in the room next to mine (they were trying to move the tend of my room and trying to see if the was someone inside) and I couldn't sleep good after that
Sadly a bad experience
The flat is in a group of buildings 20 min walk from east station ,you have to text the landlord every time you are going in and out.

感覺不錯，一進門就有家的感覺，住的很舒心，睡得很放心，就是尋求一個落腳的地方，我是挺滿意的，地板很乾凈，沒有異味。

有點差，沒有人接待，還都是自已去找房間，一次性牙刷都沒有，就一個牙刷，還別人用過了，一個屋子好幾個房間，然後分別日租出去，有點離譜，應該是主人也住裏面吧，床上也有點臟，但這個價格有點離譜

感覺蠻好的，價錢便宜，離南寧東站很近，小區很安靜，人不多，走路五分鐘就到，彷彿回到學生時代跟同學睡上下鋪得感覺，有wf，有熱水洗澡，一次性用品都配有，老闆也很好，耐心的指引怎麼走。滿意

從高鐵站過去。用百度導航就到了小區之後打電話給老闆説明在一個便利店的旁邊8樓,早上趕着6:40的高鐵,老闆幫忙接送，服務很好
