There is a good selection of food at breakfast and there was sufficient seating. We also use the executive club on the 22nd floor. It was quite busy in the evenings during the happy hour as many are treating it as a dinner time. However, the ambience is good and good selection of beverages. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We were well served by May in the executive club and for our checkout. The hotel is walking distance to the subway station, convention exhibition centre, and the shopping mall.

Crowne Plaza Nanning will always be my first choice whenever I return to this beautiful city. From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff at the lobby went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel truly valued. Really enjoyed my one night stay. Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the city. Loved the design of the room, the bathroom. Wonderful toiletries for shower. Smells so good. Bed was comfortable. Had a very pleasant sleep.

This has been my absolute go-to hotel every time I visit Nanning for the past four years! I highly recommend it. It's perfectly located right next to Exit A of Vientiane City Station (Wanxiangcheng Metro Station), just a short two-minute walk away. The environment is spacious and features a strong sense of design. The buffet breakfast is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. During check-out, I encountered a bit of a rush hour at the elevators due to a large conference group. After waiting for quite some time without an elevator, and needing to check out quickly to catch a train, I decided to take the stairs down to the ground floor lobby with my two children and a suitcase. As I entered the stairwell, I luckily bumped into a hotel staff member. She informed me that those particular stairs wouldn't lead directly to the main lobby. Feeling quite anxious, I explained to her that I was in a hurry to make my train. This wonderful lady immediately stepped in, helped me with my luggage, and quickly guided us to an alternative stairwell, allowing us to get downstairs swiftly and complete our check-out. My sincere thanks to her! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will definitely continue to stay here on my future visits.

The service was prompt and afternoon tea was delivered to the room. The room was large and clean. However, I didn't receive any welcome fruit. I initially stayed on the 10th floor, but when I opened the sink, it was full of debris. The waiter immediately moved me to the 12th floor! Overall, the service was excellent! However, the hotel elevator had issues, requiring constant waiting, and it wouldn't stop even after a while. The breakfast was good, but the variety was limited for a hotel of this level! The selection wasn't very good!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. The food at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the station. The hotel provides excellent family-friendly activities, keeping the kids entertained. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea, which was surprisingly generous. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to buy fresh fruit right downstairs. A well-deserved five-star rating!

Several issues that affected my comfort: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of my room and certain common areas was below acceptable standards. The room appeared unclean and the bathroom facilities were not thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast are lesser comparing to my stay last year I believe the room would need some renovation and touchup work. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio of the hotel room is very high, and it is also very comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. I prefer nature, so I think the outdoor garden of the hotel is very beautiful and full of natural atmosphere. I basically go there to sit every day, look at the scenery and think about things. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient, and they will try their best to satisfy what I want. I remember that there was a girl named Xiao Lu who answered the phone. Her voice sounded very nice, which made people feel happier. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
