Hotels in Wuxiang New District/Sports Center, Nanning

I picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll. The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well? The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

The hotel is a bit out of the way. Every time you go out, you have to cross the bridge and go around. But the service is very good. The staff is friendly. It is very close to Wanda Mao, and the hotel also has a corridor leading directly to the second floor of the mall. It won't get wet even on rainy days. The facilities are a bit old. The breakfast is very good, especially the freshly cooked noodles are very delicious

Hi, I stayed at Double Tree hotel at WuXiang, Nanning. Overall the environment is clean and spacious and the senior staff is much helpful to provide assistance as I was first time at Nanning. Unfortunately, on my last day of visit on 17th March, I encountered a bad experience with Luckin Coffee stall at Double Tree Hotel. A one man staff attending to several orders totally ignored me while I was waiting for his attention to make order. Understandably I tried to wait however, he seems so engrossed over his tasks hence, I get his attention to said I need a cup of coffee and he just said scan the code...I scanned with my usual scanner and did not work out, and revert to him, he then said use Weixin. As this is my first time, I find it difficult as not familiar and I gave up since he doesn't bother to render help. It was very disappointing to experience this after having a good impression of Nanning generally. I really hope the Hotel can be more friendly as this is supposed to be a four stars hotel. This was my first time at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by its overall performance. The pricing is reasonable, and the average per capita bill is above average for similar properties. However, considering the experience, the value for money is excellent. The front desk was responsive and provided clear guidance throughout the check-in process, with meticulous attention to detail. The room hardware was new and well-maintained, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning was precise. The sense of technology was evident in the smart door lock and in-room voice control, which were both easy to use. The breakfast was plentiful, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the hot dishes were kept at the right temperature. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Very design hotel, the room is big enough and warm enough. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and parking is very good. There is really little food around, but there is no problem with self-driving cars. The only downside is that the water pressure is relatively low and the shower is not cool enough.

The hotel is located in the new district. The surrounding environment is very good and it is close to several attractions. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms and supplies are quite new. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and more suitable for personal needs. The check-in process was a little hiccup, but the hotel front desk was very nice. The problem was solved quickly and a small gift was given. Especially the service provided by Xiao He at the front desk was very good. Thumbs up.

The room was relatively clean and the service was OK. However, the ventilation was poor and the air conditioner could not adjust the temperature. I had a severe sore throat after staying there for one night. There is no supermarket nearby, so shopping is inconvenient.

Hotels near the unit, the agreement price is high. The hotel has convenient parking, the room is large, the public area is set very reasonable, the living is very comfortable, the room is also the disadvantage that the ground is too slippery, especially the slippers equipped, and the night is not prepared to slip.

Come to listen to Deng Ziqi concert, very close to the performance gymnasium, walking is very convenient, there are many roadside stalls after the performance to solve the nightingale, so convenient. The restaurants around the hotel are a little less, you need to go a long way to IKEA to eat, usually no performance will not come here, a bit remote. During the performance stage, the hotel is playing Deng Ziqi's song, very immersive, praise

Overall the hotel is well organzied. Only staff not smart, careful and not detailed in mind. My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th. another 2 bad experience were : 1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking... 2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again... for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.
