衞生間的紙沒有換，馬桶上面有4塊污漬，向前台反饋了，但是後續沒有得到任何答覆。房間不能投屏，可以看免費的電視劇，電影，但是看了一半電視就斷網了。聯繫店家沒辦法解決，衹能換房間，換的房間是一個異形，電話也是壞的。在南坪住了好幾家酒店，這家真的從設施到環境，還趕不上一個民宿。舒適型三鑽跟實際不符。

很不錯的一家酒店從辦理入住到退房，前台服務人員的態度都讓我很滿意，住得很舒服，衞生也很乾凈，連鎖品牌還是有保障的，設備設施也很齊全，位置也挺不錯的，下次有機會再來還會選擇住這裏
