Double charge for room booking on 14 Sept 2025
I booked 4 rooms for a group of 7 persons from 13-15 Sept 2025. The payment term was paying upon check-in, which is what we did.
Each room was paid separately by the respective guests. My room was paid using my wife’s credit card, although the booking was done using my credit card.
However, upon receiving our credit card statements, I found that my wife’s card was charged for the room on 13 Sept, which is correct. But my card was also charged for the same amount on 14 Sept. Therefore there is a double charge which I believe is due to the fact that my card was used to make the overall booking for 4 rooms. Please reimburse me the amount of 181.71 euros for the transaction charged on 14 Sept. As a reminder, we checked in 13 Sept and checked out 15 Sept.
