Aside from the swimming pool, there wasn't much for kids to do, and the pool water was really cold. We could only take a walk outside, but the surroundings were quite desolate too. Breakfast was good though, and they even had lamb offal soup, which was a nice touch.

The environment is great, and the service attitude, especially during check-in, was excellent. The room is spacious, and free underground parking is a big plus. As always, the dining was superb.

The location is fantastic! Every morning, I could head downstairs for an aerobic run around the lake. Plus, it's right near Zilang Xintiandi, so all the commercial facilities you could need are within easy reach. What really stands out, though, is the consistently excellent hotel service. For example, during a shower, the drain clogged and the bathroom started flooding. I called the front desk, and someone came to fix the issue within 5 minutes, cleaning everything up perfectly! This is definitely a great choice for a family trip!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never disappoints. Clean and comfortable room, great facilities and a variety at breakfast. The staff are what stand out the most though. Everyone welcomes us with a smile and they always go above and beyond for us. We’ll be back soon!

I LOVE this hotel so much! SO fancy, really great service, friendly staff. The rooms with the lake view are incredible and have a bathtub. The atmosphere is very nice here. I will definitely be back The price was also great. I would highly recommend

A beautiful addition to Nantong. Stylishly decorated throughout with an overall feeling of space, the hotel impresses from the first. The lobby is huge, and staff are excellent and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and amenities emerge excellent with a standalone bath, monsoon shower, and a really amazing view from the comfortable bed! Breakfast is about as good as it gets with a huge range of food for any palate. If you’d like a touch of luxury while staying in Nantong, this is it!

This particular hotel is fairly new and it is built on the lake, which makes for a beautiful view from the room. There are food options close by as well as son was in the hotel. the swimming pool is very nice. the hotel. Staff are always very polite professional and happy to serve. It’s not our first time coming here and it certainly won’t be our last. Hands down the best hotel in Nantong!

Everything is good as Merritt is a branded hotel in the world! The one in Nantong keeps the quality! The breakfast is good & the staff is friendly especially Yola in the front desk is especially enthusiastic! Promise to stay in this hotel when I come again to Nantong!

Best hotel ever 🥰. Super wiev, delicious breakfast, perfect service. Especially many thanks for hotel manager Bill, who make our wedding anniversary so happy. We will come to Marriott next time again 🙌
