服務太差勁了，機器人壞了不打電話告知也沒有人送，外賣放在前台一個小時沒人管，非得等到機器人修好了才送，不修好是不是就不送了？要瓶水也送不上來，還得自己下樓拿，大半夜房間燈關不掉，給調了一個又悶又小長期不開的尾房，一夜都沒睡好，避雷吧，以後不會再去了

酒店很乾凈，房間很大，離動物園也很近，過年期間酒店漲的都很厲害，但是這家酒店卻讓我格外驚喜，初一價格衹要200元，還是親子家庭房，很滿意！但有唯一一點不是很理想，就是洗澡的時候，熱水有點忽冷忽熱，好在不是完全冷水，温水和熱水交替出水，還算能接受，希望可以改進。

酒店位置，房間衞生方面都還不錯，吐槽點是兩大一小入住大床房，一個房間兩張早餐券，小孩是1米5，所以前台讓我們另外買了一張早餐券，孩子大了，這個我們完全能理解，第二天吃早餐，八點到了餐廳，麪包沒有了，並且不加了，咖啡沒有了，要加水要去除咖啡渣，咖啡機才能使用，早餐種類也不多，翻枱超級慢，不根據酒店的訂房率來安排早餐種類和數量嗎，早餐給差評

帶孩子來動物園玩，一早打車去衹要十分鐘，非常方便。家庭房很大很寬敞，一張一米八，一張一米二的床，睡得很舒服，廁所乾濕分離，淋浴馬桶都很新，性價比太高了。店長也很好，第二晚計劃有變退第二晚房間也馬上答應了，好評！
