Came here for New Year's Eve with my friends and our dog. The hotel staff, both guys and girls, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They helped us save and reheat food, and even opened up the KTV for us late at night! We were so happy to spend New Year's Eve here~ See you next time! My stay here was wonderful. The room was spacious and had everything I could need. The butler service was the highlight – they were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. Combined with the beautiful and peaceful hotel environment, my stay was seamless. I can't recommend it enough!

Location is nice and remote, arrived around 9pm to find there is nothing open for another 20km, so needed to travel a long way to find some food - our fault. Breakfast was fine, prepared set of local food. Room quite small, no fridge, basic amenities. Nice view over the water (seems much smaller than the pictures) however right next to the restaurant so everyone can see into your room, and a lot of exposed pipes and poor construction so not very attractive. The pool is the size of a large bath, only cold water. Admittedly it had been raining, but was still very dirty and would never fill up and use - again not very attractive, and right under the restaurant. Outdoor spaces for families to picnic and play Staff were attentive and were waiting outside as we parked the car, someone always ready to help. The lofts look much nicer, and more privacy (although can see directly into everyone's windows)

Waking up and opening the curtains, we were greeted by the sparkling lake. Lying in bed was so relaxing!
