第一次入住體驗還不錯，第二次預訂有升級房型的權益，但是入住的房間還是一樣的，心裏有落差。前台告知第一次應該也是升級了的，不得而知了。

地漏裏面的過濾網極容易堵塞導致無法排水，但這不屬於入住旅客需要自己處理的問題，因為旅客根本不知道過濾網的存在，衹有堵了才知道，讓旅客負責清理濾網，這是我見過最奇葩的服務，之前出差就遇到這個問題，這次出差也是這個問題，反映後也沒改進，我認為這是設施和服務非常不重視旅客投訴的表現，亦沒有落實改進。

近幾年多次去過南通，這次入住的美豪麗致酒店是其中最滿意的一次。房間大小合適，整體佈局合理，隨處可見的精緻感，讓人好生歡喜。前台的小姑娘們，也是盡心盡責和不厭其煩，可以體會得到她們是用心的在服務好每位賓客。床品床墊都很舒服，家人們都説晚上很安靜，睡的很安穩。
當然，如果要説建議也還是有一些的 但這不妨礙本人依然要給酒店的五星好評。關於酒店內的Wi-Fi密碼，是否入住的時候事先準備好小紙條，或者提前口頭告知一下，而不要讓客人到了房間，再電話詢問。關於標識牌，希望能在電梯門打開時，明確看到自己在幾樓或去車庫的方向（共計三個電梯，衹有一個電梯打開可以看到標識牌）。
