前台服務很可以的沒有車位出來幫助，電話也是耐心，就是差點沒給三顆星因為這保潔阿姨着實嚇人，這打掃衞生完了是可以下班嗎？多一個房多一個錢又跑不了的錢不用着急，就她一個沒人跟她搶這錢，要不要退房也是前台來確認的，再説了已經都和前台溝通確認過續不續住幾點退房，她這是一到點了就是打劫般的敲門的意思能理解嗎，不是敲門，如果衹是敲門我也沒這個問題了，我真以為打劫的，bang bang bang bang。我吼了一聲誰啊要幹嘛？她隔了兩秒説，有人啊……我吶了門了，不廢話嗎，有沒有人你去問前台不就好了嗎？
