We were very happy with the family room we booked. The beds were a good size – one 1.8m and one 1.35m – and the room itself was spacious, even with a desk, which was perfect for traveling with older children. We considered several hotels, but only the Crowne Plaza had family rooms suitable for older kids; other places only offered small 0.9m beds or similar. It seems few hotels cater to older children these days, so we were especially pleased with the room. The room facilities were great, even including a washlet, and cleaning was proactive. Delivery staff also brought our takeaways directly to the room promptly. We arrived on the first day of Chinese New Year, and it wasn't too crowded then, though it seemed to get busier later. Breakfast was a bit average; it had all the usual items, just not a huge variety. During the Spring Festival, it felt like they were a bit understaffed, as restocking dishes was a bit slow.

This hotel good facility and shower is good and rooms are clean. Its close to one local mall or area where they have restaurants etc. Good choice for visiting Nanton

The room was spacious, well-laid out, and in a quiet environment. The location was excellent.

I booked the Crown Hotel for a weekend trip to Nantong. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. It was a great value. It's located in Chongchuan District, not far from the Zilang New World business district, which is home to many restaurants.

The hotel was very considerate and paid special attention to the details. Seeing that we had children, they spontaneously installed a guardrail. Seeing that we used a lot of water, they put a few extra bottles of mineral water in the room the next day. They also put down floor towels and other details. They really care about the customer experience. Because my child needed a nap, I asked the hotel for a later check-out, and they happily agreed. I was particularly satisfied with the warm service of this hotel.

The hotel offers excellent value and service, and from the lobby reception to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, you can feel the attentiveness. Seeing that we had hung our clothes out to dry, the housekeeping staff proactively set up a clothes drying rack. The complimentary meal set for one person from the lobby was delivered to the room, which was a great experience. When we checked out, the lobby staff proactively took our suitcases and put them in the car.

The children participated in the sailing camp. We picked them up and they just happened to be in Nantong for a few days. We washed the clothes for the children who fell into the water every day. The customer service staff was so considerate to get a clothes drying rack and help them hang up. I have stayed in many hotels and encountered this for the first time. It is so heartwarming.

The service is great. The concierge helps me find express delivery every day. Hahaha. Thank you for your hard work! I stayed for six days and was very satisfied. The cleaning was very good. They also helped me prepare laundry detergent, laundry soap, clothes drying racks, etc. for my convenience! Very considerate service. I am very touched. Thank you!
