淡季錯峯，房間雖小但乾淨整潔，獨門獨棟晚上也不吵，暖氣很足，冬天不冷。小熊貓隨便擼，動物隨便喂，長頸鹿也還在營業，20斤胡蘿蔔全部喂完海意猶未盡，玩的特別開心！送的旅拍更是意外之喜，拍的特別好，以至於沒忍住又加了錢（但是不貴！比海馬體值多了！）堪稱崽子的人生照片！
值得二刷！！！

酒店的親子細節滿分！不僅有小童拖鞋、小童牙刷，甚至還準備了小洗漱台，對於帶小寶寶的家庭來説，這些細節真的太重要了，非常省心。
服務人員對小朋友特別友好，主動打招呼，房間的佈置完全是從孩子的喜好出發，房間設定也很新穎，孩子一進門就‘哇’了出來，瞬間愛上了。

豪華樹屋離遊客中心有一小段路，但優點是很安靜，旁邊就能看見小獅子，裏面還有幾衹散養的羊駝。小熊貓和小猴子都很可愛，小猴子還會往人身上爬。整個動物園的動物狀態都很好，車行區的動物也都很温順。

定了1晚夢幻島豪華樹屋，1晚猛獸房衹能説太不值了，下次絕對不會再來了
1、這麼貴的酒店絲毫服務都沒有，外賣麻煩的要命還得送到前台，再由前台順路的擺渡車送到驛站，驛站打電話再自己去拿……可以設定時間9～21點酒店送到房間，其他時間不送能理解，全部不送憑啥啊，下雨天也得客人自己去拿？你們工作人員工作還挺輕鬆呢？哪家酒店不是送到房間的醉了，大冬天的這麼一折騰外賣到了早就涼了，也沒得熱
2、夢幻島豪華1700，猛獸2000一晚，就差300，並且都不便宜，設備還給你分等級我笑了
一個平替戴森，一個正品戴森，一個普通馬桶，另一個智能馬桶，一個冰箱沒送任何飲品，一個送了可樂雪碧芬達旺旺……………這麼幾瓶不值錢的飲料不值得送給所有住户嗎？？？不用這麼摳吧？每一間房間都不便宜吧？
這麼愛階級劃分那咋外賣不特意為最高級的猛獸房送？？？
衞生：值得説的衹有衞生，打掃衞生的阿姨和一位開擺渡車的叔叔人都特別好，很熱情很有愛，唯一的好評給這兩位工作人員
總結：下次不可能再來了，太差了，要不是為了帶孩子來親近下動物絕不會來這裏

南通森迪部落樹屋的體驗遠超預期！住在動物園裡的感覺太奇妙了，清晨能被鳥兒和小動物的聲音喚醒。最驚艷的是在非洲草原餐廳，長頸鹿會把頭伸過來共進早餐，孩子開心極了！我們住的樹屋陽台外就有羊駝散步，這種零距離接觸自然的感覺獨一無二。酒店雖然價格不菲，但包含動物園門票，從早玩到晚非常充實。樹屋設計精緻，衞生狀況良好，絕對是江浙滬親子游的獨特選擇，會推薦給所有朋友！

已經是第二次入住
選了西區房型，真的超驚喜！房間出來就是動物園區域，一抬頭就能看到 長頸鹿、斑馬在不遠處活動，感覺像住進了動物園裡麪一樣，光是這點就覺得太值了！
酒店整體環境很乾凈，房間寬敞明亮，主題感十足，拍照很好看。床睡起來很舒服，晚上休息完全不受影響。
前台和工作人員態度都很好，辦理入住快，有什麼需求也迴應很及時。早餐選擇也多，補菜速度快，帶孩子來住特別方便。
離動物園非常近，基本走幾步就能開始玩，一天之內進出多次也不麻煩。
如果來森迪動物園玩，真的非常推薦住西區！體驗感拉滿！
下次來南通還會再住這裏～✨
