This hotel is a landmark in downtown Nantong. I stayed on the 51st floor, and the view was absolutely incredible, like heaven on earth. The hotel service was quite good, always accommodating. The breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, just decent. Its central location makes it convenient to get anywhere.

The elevators took ages, and the air conditioning in the room was completely useless. It was 29 degrees Celsius in the room at night, hot and stuffy, and they only provided a thick duvet, making it impossible to sleep. But what I'm most upset about is Trip.com. How can they list a hotel with such broken AC? If I hadn't trusted their rankings, I would never have booked this place.

I stayed in the Nantong hotel for a weekend while visiting a friend. A lovely hotel, and the room was fantastic. I was on the 50th floor with great views of the city. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. I would stay here again for my next visit to Nantong

Decent enough but non smoking room with ash tray and clearly been used as a smoking room. Good location though, good for the price, average breakfast
