It's close to the subway station. The room is consistent with the picture. It's very clean. There's construction going on not far downstairs, but it stopped at night. There is a slight shortage of bath towels and face towels, which are disposable. You have to swipe your card to go downstairs. I almost couldn't go downstairs🐶 The lady boss is nice. The room has a hot water kettle, washing machine and microwave.

SSu ChinWe are grateful that we were checked in immediately after our arrival at noon and we were told our room was upgraded due the room type we booked was not cleaned yet. After leaving our luggages in our rooms, we went out for lunch and exploring the city. I only realised that the floor was dirty about 10pm after we returned when I see stains at the toilet tiled area. On rubbing on it, the tissues were black! I then use the small towel to clean the area (I left a small area unclean as proof) which turns black too! I On complaining to the reception the next morning after breakfast. A staff at the reception, Silence accompanied me to the room and apologised profusely on seeing the towel. She immediately offered a change of room but I am lazy to repack for the change and requested that she get housekeeping to clean up the room properly and treat the cigarettes smell. When we returned later that day, the room was spotlessly cleaned with no lingering cigarettes smell 👍. She also offered a discount for our stay. Sunny (I hope I got her name right) was very helpful in recommending attractions to visit and places to eat. Overall, services from all staffs we encountered were great. Just too bad they hired lousy housekeeping staffs and the head of their housekeeping department.

There is no conditioner for some accidents 😂 The price of the same Hanting seems to be more close to the people, because it is convenient to live here nearby. Hope business is booming

KKikiloveyoyoI wanted to spend two days traveling around the area with my kids on the weekend. After searching for a long time, I chose Xuan Yu Lan and booked the most expensive and largest room. It wasn't a big surprise when I arrived. I followed the navigation instructions and drove through the gate, thinking I had taken the wrong road. When I arrived at the B&B, no housekeeper came out to greet me, so I had to carry my luggage in by myself. The guy at the front desk also told me there was a lottery, and my child won a drink. Another lady said that she could give us a small cake and a flower for Women's Day on March 8. Then she took us to the room. Because I had seen the photos on Ctrip, the room looked exactly like the picture. It was clean and big. Tea and snacks were given when we checked in. The details were really good. After all, the price was less than 3,000 yuan per night. However, a little disappointment followed. My child came for the hot spring pool in the room. The housekeeper said that the pool was kept at a constant temperature and the water would not be too hot. I wanted to try to run the water, otherwise it would be a shame to book this room. After running it for more than ten minutes, it was not hot at all. The water was still cold, and the most important thing was that the water was leaking out of the pool... This made me very depressed, but the housekeeper came over and cleaned it up quickly. He originally planned to coordinate with me to change rooms, but now it seems unnecessary for just one night. When booking the room, it said there were several activities, but basically none of them were available, such as bonfire party, open-air movie, kite making... It felt like there was no point in staying for one night at this price. The only thing that made up for it was the food here. We booked dinner when we arrived that day. There were river shrimps, lamb, seasonal vegetables, soup, and wontons. Every dish was very farm-style, and the vegetables were grown by the B&B itself, so they were very fresh and delicious. This is the first time I have reviewed a store so seriously. I hope the store can be more meticulous and offer more parent-child activities to justify the price. Before we left, the housekeeper gave us rice and baked biscuits grown by themselves, and took us to pick vegetables grown by themselves. We will try other room types when the weather gets hotter.

For a lazy person like me, the most convenient thing was that the hotel had a washing machine, and there was also a gym! I really liked the front desk service; they were quick and efficient, responding promptly to any needs I had. GGuest UserThe noise is quite loud. The music from the Dream Island next door is loud all day long. After checking in, the door battery was dead, and the card could not be opened. The phone was busy. I finally got through but the call was not immediate. I had to call to urge! I feel that these details should be prevented in advance, instead of letting the guests wait there. The experience is very bad. The garbage by the pool and the disposable slippers and other garbage of the previous guest. There are no disposable toothbrushes and combs, and I am too lazy to call for them. The standardization is not done well. Most of the windows cannot be opened. It feels like it has been in disrepair for a long time. The room facilities feel like they need to be renovated. After all, you can live in a five-star hotel in Nantong for 550 yuan. The rainbow slide is too expensive at 40 yuan per time. The other amusement facilities are generally more than twice as expensive as those in the city. A green mood also costs 5 yuan. There is a bonfire party in the evening, which is ok. The barbecue outside is still good. The music from Dream Island all day is a headache.
