GRAND HILAI SUN MOON LAKE

Excellent! The views are incredibly expansive. It has a separate living room, bedroom, an absolutely huge bathroom, and even a walk-in closet. The sense of space is fantastic, the interior layout is very well-designed, and it made for a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The environment is fantastic, and cleanliness is 100%. The food was also incredibly delicious. The hotel staff were very professional. If I visit Sun Moon Lake again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

Walking through a long, tunnel-like corridor, we were immediately captivated by the stylish lighting, the luxurious reception lobby, and a striking pumpkin decoration. We were assigned a room on the 7th floor with a magnificent view, and the staff kindly explained all the in-room amenities. That bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was a combination of a main course and a semi-buffet, all exquisite and delicious – absolutely beyond praise. We definitely have to come back and enjoy it again next time!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room facilities were complete and clean. The entire hotel had a subtle, pleasant aroma, making for a very enjoyable stay.

The service was excellent, with a shuttle bus to Shuishe Pier, and they even offered afternoon tea and a late-night snack. My favorite was the little ice brick dessert. The room also had a beautiful view.

During breakfast at the Four Seasons, my friend was shivering because it was so cold. The staff was incredibly attentive; they noticed my friend's condition and proactively offered a shawl and hot soup. Truly a perfect score! 💯

The facilities are all brand new, and the small balcony in the room is fantastic. They even light mosquito coils for guests in the evening, which is a great touch and allows you to relax comfortably on the balcony. The bathroom's choice of two different-shaped round mirrors also shows the thoughtful design of the room, significantly enhancing the quality of the wash-up experience. However, I believe that high-standard pricing should come with excellent service. The staff at the tea house seemed unfriendly; they didn't even proactively seat us when we stood at the entrance, making us feel like strangers. On the other hand, the front desk staff were very friendly. When using the hot spring and sauna, we encountered a father with two extremely loud children who were jumping and making a huge commotion. We reported it to the staff, but there was no improvement. I think if guests are disturbing others, they should be prohibited from using the facilities. They even splashed water between the hot and cold springs, which was truly awful. I had planned to use them again early the next morning, but when I went, the same three were there again, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, I felt it wasn't particularly good. The duck vermicelli soup for the late-night snack, however, was much more memorable.
