大廳服務跟接待不錯
但是浴室的電視的壞的 晚上說要修理一個小時
隔天還沒退房時 服務人員直接進入 嚇到我們 後來退房時櫃檯有道歉了 但還是得加強員工訓練 這樣突如其來開門 很嚇人

酒店的設施整體都很不錯，有娛樂室如果夏天太熱不想出去外面待在飯店一整天也不無聊，腳踏車可以借用，早餐挺豐盛的👍
這次住豪華湖景房，view很好早上起來看見這風景都值得了。還有一個小陽台
只是說距離逛街餐廳超商有一段距離。 我們沒有交通工具，所以回飯店前先到超商買好所需零食晚上就不用再出來。沒什麼問題
飯店有接駁車到商店街，可以像櫃檯詢問時間。整體非常喜歡

這酒店太舒服了 樓下一堆小孩可以玩的東西 吃的也好吃 房間裏的泡澡也泡的很爽 我們陽台上對着山 和一點點湖 下了雨煙霧繚繞好像仙境

Location of the hotel is perfect which is facing directly the lake with dedicated path access to cycling trail. Nice is helpful and nice. However, the facilities are dated given the age of the hotel. Selection and quality of breakfast is limited. Gym is nearly non-existent.
