Linens and beach towels provided. Off street parking for two cars. Free WiFi. Cable TV in all bedrooms, den, and living room. Property abuts conservation land and bird sanctuary. The cottage has all of the advantages of being in-Town, yet with the privacy, peace and quite of the country. Bike path across the street. Close to all beaches. Nantucket house near bird sanctuary
Great place, easy to get to and the host is very easy to deal with. This was our second year renting this house and will be back next year.

Perfect stay for a wedding weekend!
The home was perfect to gather friends for a Nantucket wedding weekend. So convenient to town. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, yard, and location!
The house was great, the kids loved the big back yard!! The path to get to town was right outside the back door. Neighbors the the hospital (on the other side of a huge field), which ended up being convenient when we needed to run to the ER but never heard an ambulance or any noise from there. Robert was really easy to work with too.

Pleasant property conveniently located to town and the airport.

Beyond what I expected!
The photos don’t do this place justice - so much space and place for a comfortable stay. My friends and I stayed for two nights and very much enjoyed our stay! Would absolutely stay again.

Nice place middle island
Very nice home, under a mile from town center. Clean, relaxed, very nice place. Only drawback was next to hospital, so rare helicopter arriving.
