漢庭酒店中，南陽火車站店是屬於我住過的非常好的一家。前台男女服務人員都很熱情、周到、耐心、細緻。讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店位置非常好，去景點方便。旁邊又是汽車站，可方便去鄰縣遊玩，比如內鄉縣衙、寶天曼等等。衞生也搞得非常好，設施也齊全。圖片顯示快速抵達的景點：南陽府衙、武侯祠、漢畫像館。總之，下次來南陽，還會選擇這家酒店。

設施：大床發很滿意，設施完備。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：汽車站旁，火車站對面，出行方便快捷。
服務：前台客服服務熱情，上午10點半提前到店立馬安排了入住，酒店裡的服務人員見到客人熱情得打招呼。
很喜歡漢庭的早餐，品類很豐富，還有水果蔬菜沙拉。

很不錯 服務態度挺好的 淋浴水好像不太熱 沒有一次性馬桶墊 免費打印了資料，洗衣房也挺好 有個空氣凈化器還是啥東西一直亮着燈關不掉 太亮了 退房時間太早了 剛吃完午飯 正是困的時候。。。。

一進門就要掃描微信二維碼，説是辦理入住必須的手續。真把所有人都當**了？被我決絕後，後來用拍訂單號搪塞我，問題是前面已經查出來訂單了，還有拍訂單號幹嘛？可笑

設備老舊差，七點入住就剩一間房了，房間空調壞了前台也不説，打電話問了也不修 説是沒有製冷功能，室温32攝氏度你開笑呢，要不你來住一晚試試，湊合住了一晚上真是熱亖個人 辣雞辣雞辣雞，以後不來了！！！
