Hippocampus Hotel

I went to paros for my honeymoon and stayed here for 3 days. Amazing hosts and the location is very convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting paros and planning to stay near Noussa.

front desk lady very helpful showing use when can we go to plan our trip, we stayed here for 3 night, walking distance have bakery, supermarket, and restaurants, yes there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, however, if you want to take a bus to other main area, you need to walk a lot to the main bus station. hotel breakfast are good enough, you can ask for the beach towel, they clean the room everyday.

A warm welcome from the minute we walked in the front door. Although there are numerous stairs to get from the front of the hotel to the lobby, the young gentleman had no problems carrying our two suitcases up. Rooms are spacious ,bathroom small, very quiet and soundproof and very safe. The breakfast buffet is to die for ; savoury sweet phyl pastries along with other pastries, cakes, cereals, fresh fruit, and vegetables. Coffee to die for and of course, the local cheeses, meats and olives. The bar opens at six with a variety of different drinks, along with wines and very reasonable prices .(5 euros for wine) The staff who welcomed us were so knowledgable about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. Giving us a bus schedule and how to use the shortcut to the main road through the parking lot. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. And I will stay here again.

This place was the perfect spot for walking to the beach, restaurants, and bars! We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

The location was perfect (not right in the town but literally just a 5 min stroll to the beach / main town), staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming - on our last day they even offered us towels and access to a shower if we wanted to go to the beach before going back on the Ferry. Breakfast was also amazing and had everything you needed. 100pc recommend :)

The hotel is nice and most of the staff were lovely, but my experience was deeply affected by a serious breach of trust. I had 100€ taken from a wallet hidden in my backpack after room service entered. The wallet was moved, opened, and the money was gone and other possessions in my bag had been moved around the room (laptop, tax refunds) Later, we asked for no cleaning on a particular day as we wanted to stay inside but multiple staff entered anyways, without knocking. When I reported the theft, management dismissed it and later responded with a message saying he had been a lawyer for 20 years and that reporting was a bad idea. This was a clear attempt to intimidate two younger girls from reporting the situation. It’s a shame, because the view is unreal and the waitressing staff were lovely. But I left feeling uncomfortable and anxious. Be very cautious with valuables if you choose to stay here
