It is a really nice hotel very clean very nice. The breakfast could have been warmer potatoes sausage and such but overall a good experience

The hotel is next to Highway 401, there is a Walmark nearby, and it is very convenient to supply supplies on the way; the hotel is very clean, every customer service member is very warm and polite, and the breakfast is delicious. If you need to take a break in the middle of a long-distance trip, choose this hotel without stepping on thunder , free parking. The price is more affordable than Kingston. Even if you live in this hotel, it takes half an hour to drive to Kingston. There is no need to stay in a hotel in Kingston.

The staff was awesome as was the cleanliness. The property had large metal storage bins strewn about. We chose the hotel for the pool and the pool was waiting for a part for the heater. ******* should be in contact with the property regularly to alert guests of the shortcomings. We chose the property because of the pool since we were travelling with children. Instead we paid the extra money for no pool.

One night in Napanee
We were going to Belleville for a hockey game so we stayed in Napanee because it was easier and we like the hotel. We’ve stayed there before many times and they redid all the rooms and it’s really nice for the price. They do a good job five stars across the board.

Once again came to this property expecting a pool and hot tub. Even called ahead to confirm since last time it wasn’t working. We were told it was working only to find hot tub was once again not.
This was the main reason to get a room and I am disappointed once again
