If captaining a boat is not for you, but you want to be on the water, make a reservation on the Naples, Princess ship within walking distance of BeauMer for a lunch, dinner or sunset cruise. There are so many activities to choose. I always advocate shopping and nail salons should be considered activities too. Then later you can take in a play/show in the surrounding live theaters or plan to go to a comedy show. My family was adventurous and took an airboat ride out amongst the everglades. It was not only fun and educational but had excitement. No one was harmed and everyone said they would go again. City of Naples hosts several activities to enjoy as well - such as the Art shows in the park, Corvette Car shows or you can travel North for the Airman shows where they bring in planes from decades past and present for an up close and personal visit.
