Sadly very bad experience.
I book the Dante's suites B&B le4 season on trip.com at the price of €23 + €4 in taxes to be paid at the hotel. I read all the entries and not much is indicated except for this green pass. Read the reservation and ditto (photo attached).
We arrive at the reception to check-in (among other things not close to the location of the rooms) and we receive the bitter news ... we were told that, in the conditions of our "advantageous" reservation it was indicated that we had to have credit card credit for the deposit ... but alas this item WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE SITE NOR IN BOOKING. The girl at check-in then asks me to show it to her and in the booking she can't find anything ... so she asks me for the app and finds a similar encrypted wording (always attached, photo No. 6), written in approximate English in which she he says it is indicated ... in reality, as you can read, only the € 200 deposit is mentioned and not the credit card ...
Moral of the story :'You have to pay full price !' alias 40€ for the room + 10€ tourist tax (4€ ON THE WEBSITE) ..AH precise CASH ONLY AND WITHOUT INVOICE! SO UNDER THE COUNTER, €50 WERE ELEGANTLY SUBTRACTED!
1) It is absurd for the employee not to know trip.com, given that the alleged b&b is present on this platform.
2) Absurd ONLY COUNTED AND WITHOUT RECEIPT.
3) Even worse PRICE TRIPLED. At this figure I would have chosen a definitely better structure
In addition :
1) open window
2) tired with the air conditioner off .. which, despite the turbo function .. reached a decent temperature after several hours.
How sad to return to your city and understand why you left ... People suck .. luckily not all!
PS: you will say .. why not go elsewhere? Because we would have lost €23 and had to wander, after a trip, looking for another structure ... we preferred to succumb to this elegant theft!
PPS: I hope you read the reviews ... like mine, only now have I discovered there are others and at least someone, unlike me, was warned earlier, even if after payment, of having to have a credit card! 😅

Stay away from this place. Staff is extremely unhelpful, rude and not willing to serve you. Neither was I informed before I booked the place that there was another adress to the so called room further up in the city. Neither could they check me in - they just handed me an ipad for me to do it myself. I cancelled all 3 nights and after my email - they refused to return any money for my nights and not only that - they were extremely rude. This is not some place you want to book.

The reception is 2km away from the apartament so it is rudiculous that you have to travel so far between locations. No shuttle provided.

I did Not visit this hotel regarding the Scam System: i should have payed extra 85€ for Late checkin which they told me After the booking. I found Hundreds of 1 Star Google ratings which told us to Stay away from this, dirty rooms and broken Stoff may encounter us additional to employees who will force us to pay additional Money. However, 16h After booking i told the Scam Like Person (85€ extra for Late checkin person) via WhatsApp that i want to storno, i lost all my Money. No Goodwill only Chat history of Bad attitude and mean words

The place is clean and tidy; shower door a little broken but overall fine. It’s a super central location, amazing to visit the city. It’s not very comfortable the fact of doing checkin in another place (about 20 mins walking distance to the accomodation).

Perfect location, clean but sewage smell in bathroom, check in is on a different hotel. We arrived at 8:59pm but were told that the shuttle only ran until 9pm (?) and didn’t give it to us. We were told the router was inside the room but not only it wasn’t there the wifi signa was very poor or not existing occasionally. We complained about all mosquitoes inside and were offered to pay a deposit for a device that we had to pick up at the reception of another hotel.
We enjoyed it because we had the mindset of an ok airbnb not a hotel.

Accommodation is located in a great location. The room was clean, cozy, lots of towels and soap were there. The staff at the reception and on the spot was very nice, nice and helpful. Wi-Fi connection works great. It is definitely worth mentioning the large stream from the shower hose. We can definitely recommend to someone who wants to enjoy and get to know the city.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was comfy, clean and excellent located. The room more spacious that i expected. The Dante square is very cosy and the restaurant under the room is very good :) Highly recmmened to everyone who wants a great time in Napoles!

I really recommend this place. The room is clean and big. Also the price is affordable. Plus, their faculty is so kind and polite! They also offer shuttle car from airport to their reception (min for 2 people), which is realy worthy for who needs to leave your luggage. Because they offer free luggage deposit if you book the shuttle car.
