The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station. It's clean and the facilities are convenient. I especially liked the spacious bathroom, which provided various types of towels. On the first day, they even offered complimentary bottled water and a welcome card, which was a very thoughtful touch.

I'm giving this an immediate thumbs up, no arguments allowed! It's super safe with security, and incredibly close to the station – just a few minutes' walk. And I have to rave about the gym; it's so good it could be a standalone gym! They have washing machines, dryers, and even a study room! For this price, what more could you ask for?

The location is good, but given the condition of the city, I would avoid walking at night if possible. The common area, café, and the kitchen are great, impressive to me. The staffs are very friendly and supportive. The room arrangement is good, two bathrooms and an extra sink for 6-bed dorm. There is even changing space in the room. The towels are provided, look clean. The bedding looks clean too, but I got itchy while using them.

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It was clean, the common area was spacious, there was air conditioner, it was close to the station, being in so many places in Europe I don’t think I have ever been in a better hostel!

Everything was great. It's very close to the station and the staff are friendly. The room was large, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was also very clean and well-equipped with towels, bath towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Hostel is located 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale by foot making it a convenient location to stay. The surrounding neighbourhood is unpleasant but you do not need to walk past it if you are headed for the metro or Centrale. The room is clean and has two showers and two sinks, therefore there is no queue for the toilet at all. You also get your own towel which is great. The bed is comfortable with your own curtain, locker, and charging port. What is missing is a small ledge to put small items such as wallets or spectacles.

Very, very much liked it! The room was incredibly spacious. All the amenities were there, and everything felt new and pleasant. I hope the owner continues to do well! I was a solo traveler staying here.
