Great staff, very welcoming and nice clean, modern and cozy room. Top breakfast!

Beautiful building, excellent parking. The bed was not that comfortable and I couldn't adjust the air conditioning.

I book flight+hotel on the edreams website with ADVANCE PAYMENT but a few days before leaving I realize that the hotel's confirmation has not arrived, I call the hotel and no one answers. I look around the area and notice that next door is the 4-star American Hotel, I call them to ask for information, they answer that "they were about to contact me" because the Suites has been closed for a few days due to a problem with the air conditioning (dishonest has been closed for months), I decide cmq, given the period of August and the imminent departure, to stay at the same price at the American Hotel. I wonder how they manage to assign 4 stars to that BAD Hotel, with the smell of sewage everywhere and with annoyed staff for the slightest request for information. The hotel is in an industrial area, far from central Naples and above all poorly connected if you don't have a car I strongly advise against this hotel, it will cost you a bundle of money in a taxi (the hotel does not offer any shuttle), the only bus that passes is the 502 that leaves you at the Campi Flegrei station where you can take the train to the center. The second night, unfortunately, a strong storm created the "nightmarish hotel" atmosphere, the water seemed above our heads, it rained in the flight of stairs, the same night we hear absurd noises, we look out and the firefighters were breaking through a door because someone had felt bad. It looked like a scene from a movie. Room cleaning acceptable but towels smelled. Rusty faucets and broken doors in the bathroom, old fixtures, and I stayed in what they call a suite, SHAMEFUL! At breakfast you expect from a 4-star Neapolitan pastry, espresso coffee and instead you find hard tarts, some mini puff pastry and coffee from a push-button machine. DISHONEST, at least offer a shuttle to the station if you say you have 4 stars!

We cut our stay short because we couldn't sleep there. Air conditioning was not working in any room offered.

We stayed in this hotel only one night through a Smartbox. The room was really nice, big and clean. The staff in turn very friendly and helpful. The same cannot be said of dinner, little choice and not in the structure but at the hotel next door. Being a hotel far from the center, I would recommend a spa in order to make the experience more pleasant and comforting, thus giving the customer a reason to return to the holet.

Friendly and helpful staff, abundant and high quality breakfast, spacious room and overall it is a very quiet and clean environment. I highly recommend this hotel also because it is not in the busy Naples but it is 10 minutes by car from the Neapolitan city.
