The property is great. Amazing and large room. City view below with tons of tourist coming and going ..walking you find incredible architecture and history around every corner just steps away!!! Antonio was spectacularly helpful and kind.. seriously just went above and beyond. I wish I liked Naples the city as much as these accomodations and this staff... They truly are top notch! I would not even consider staying anywhere else if I return to Naples...

The hotel is ok, would not stay there again. Is in a very loud area, about a restaurant/bar. Is a big room, comes with a jacuzzi inside room, which we did not use. Breakfast was terrible, everything had been there for days and was old and stale. If a good place if you are just day one night on your way to Amalfi, Capri or Sorrento. We decided to spend a night in another place.

Check-in was alright, taken care of by Domenico who explained us the important part of the stay. However, we quickly realised that the suite was not so much taken care of over the last months/years: some moist stains in the shower, the shower doors not closing, the electric wires damaged, the bubble bath half cloaked. The worst part was the half broken window over the Duomo street, ending up in a lot of noise for us which woke us up very early in the morning.
The place had some nice advantages though. The main one being the location, a few steps from the Duomo and next to the main Street of the Storico Center.
If you are ready of having a not so perfect accomodation especially with the noise of the street, thn you should consider it.

Its just an ok place to spend a night. Close to many restaurants and cafes and also close to the train station.

I went on a trip with my class in March, the rooms were dirty, hair under the pillows, dirty towels, exploded sink pipe, sheets with holes. The cleaning lady put her hands inside the suitcases, moving all the clothes into the other person's suitcase (in any case after having asked not to clean the room because we had left valuable objects), they entered anyway and stole 50 euros which were well hidden. Furthermore, one day the breakfast that had been requested was not provided, the establishment was closed when we arrived. NEVER AGAIN

I stayed 2 nights at this facility: very noisy, uncomfortable to reach, freezing shower, the power went out from around 10.30pm to 11pm. Nobody answers the reception neither on the landline nor on the cell phone. TO FORGET!!!!!

Le camere si trovano all'angolo tra Via dei Tribunali e Via Duomo, punto comodo per girare la città ma anche molto, molto rumoroso. Consigliato, quindi, per chi ha il sonno pesante (il letto è comodo). La reception e la sala colazione sono in un altro palazzo poco distante. Camera pulita e dotata di tutto (tv, frigorifero, aria condizionata, ecc.) Colazione nella media: caffè fatto alla moka, cornetti confezionati, yogurt, toast.
