Hotel la Pace

The room I was given did not match the description and photos at all. It was advertised as a Non-smoking 17㎡ City view room, but the actual size was a maximum of 10 square meters, and the window faced an internal courtyard or air shaft. Furthermore, the room had a strong smell of smoke, and the desk was covered with marks left by extinguished cigarettes. The furniture was very worn out, and the bed was actually a pull-out sofa. The breakfast was quite disappointing. It is served in a nearby cafe, which you have to reach by going out onto the street. You essentially get a cup of coffee and a pastry, along with some cereal, juice, and cookies. There was not even any water available. The hotel's location and surroundings are quite unsettling, as it is not a good neighborhood. The only positive aspect is the proximity to the train station, allowing quick access to the main tourist streets. The staff was friendly, but they barely speak English. I was able to leave my luggage, but it's important not to leave anything valuable in it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. It was dirty, broken down, disgusting and in a very bad looking area. !!!STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!! from this place wherever you do! I was booked in there for three nights but I left after the first night and got a better place and not much more expensive but much better don’t go there please do yourself a favor or you will ruin your holiday going here 

I was a bit adamant about booking a room in this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I decided to book anyways and I'm glad I did. The hotel is within walking-distance from the city centre and the train station, which is great. The room was spacious enough and it even had a minifridge, which came in handy. The afternoon hotel clerk is super helpful and polite. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria next door and it is good enough (hot beverage + pastry).

A good, clean 3-star hotel in Italy. The room is quiet and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, keep in mind that there is no kettle, fridge, or safe in the room. The Wi-Fi is average – it’s generally fine for calls and watching videos, but it can occasionally disconnect. Breakfast is basic: just coffee and a pastry. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for a simple and peaceful place to stay.

The stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone . For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator There is air-conditioning, good noise isolation

The hotel is good located and it was clean. However they mentioned we had breakfast included and it was only a cup of coffee and a bread. Also, we needed someone in the front desk at 7am and no one responded to our call.

If you’re going for price this is a good hotel to stay in however the area felt a little unsafe at night and both mornings we were woken up by hotel staff outside our door. The room was very clean, lots of soaps/ towels/ AC worked etc so overall an okay stay

Clean, sufficient, 10 mins walk from main train/tram/bus/metro station. Daily room service to clean your rooms and provide fresh towels and soap 40 mins walk from spanish quarters Area around the hotel is quite rough and dirty but still safe to roam around at night.
