The room I was given did not match the description and photos at all. It was advertised as a Non-smoking 17㎡ City view room, but the actual size was a maximum of 10 square meters, and the window faced an internal courtyard or air shaft. Furthermore, the room had a strong smell of smoke, and the desk was covered with marks left by extinguished cigarettes. The furniture was very worn out, and the bed was actually a pull-out sofa.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. It is served in a nearby cafe, which you have to reach by going out onto the street. You essentially get a cup of coffee and a pastry, along with some cereal, juice, and cookies. There was not even any water available.
The hotel's location and surroundings are quite unsettling, as it is not a good neighborhood. The only positive aspect is the proximity to the train station, allowing quick access to the main tourist streets.
The staff was friendly, but they barely speak English. I was able to leave my luggage, but it's important not to leave anything valuable in it.
