Great location, but the accommodation is a little tired. The terrace was decidedly run down, with broken and shabby outside furniture. To say housekeeping was lax, is a kindness. 3 times we were told the room was ready, 3 times it wasn't. 3 hours after arrival were finally able to get in. Clean towels but dirty bed linen, that was never changed on our 4 night stay. (I slept on the towels, the pillows stank). Would not stay here again.

Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on **********!
The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything and the lady at the hotel was very helpful despite the problems faced

The bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times.
Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

What a great little place to stay in the center of Naples! The rooms are super clean and seemed brand new, bathroom was perfect, lots of water pressure and hot water. I had 2 small balconies overlooking via Tribunale, but high enough that was not too noisy. Bed was nice, maybe new also? Very impressed, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Naples… can’t imagine getting a better value!

Right in the heart of Naples, exciting location full of life and fun. The room was scrupulously clean and well equipped, and very quiet. Marco was super helpful, woukd stay here again for sure.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the historic centre of Napoli. Culture, food and history all steps away from the front door. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Good welcome from Assia, the girl who welcomed us. He contacted us before leaving to find out about what time we would arrive, and to be able to find the room ready. In a triple room, he made us find 2 bottles of water to cool us down on our arrival, given the heat. Room, overlooking via dei tribunali, good cleanliness of all rooms, the only flaw is the bathroom a bit too narrow and the third bed, which is a very uncomfortable cot, having requested a triple room in advance, I would have expected a better accommodation. Overall, however, satisfied, even for breakfast, served at the San Gennaro bar, under the structure. Strategic position, as it is in the historic center. Congratulations !! 👏🏻

El hotel esta bien situado, bastante limpio y el colchon, si tienes suerte de no usar la cama supletoria, es cómodo. Por lo demás, todo muy negativo. La chica que nos proporcionaba las sábanas o toallas es muy poco comprensiva y le fallan mucho las formas. Pedimos una cama supletoria extra, y hasta nos daba miedo pedirle sábanas! Con esto una idea del nivel, daba miedo. Las camas supletorias son plegables con un colchón muy muy fino. Una de las habitaciones es una cocina, con sus azulejos, horno y fregadero... pero sin lo único que podríamos realmente usar: una nevera. Las almohadas muy viejas y deshechas. El baño extremadamente reducido para una habitación de tres. Las ventanas no cierran del todo bien y se escucha todo el ruido del exterior. El desayuno es en el bar de la esquina. Es un croissant, muy bueno, pero un croissant... y un croissant 5 días seguidos se hace bastante pesado. El wifi literalmente apenas funciona.

Appartamento centralissimo, ristrutturato da poco, però all interno di un edificio molto vecchio. Divano letto per due e matrimoniale 2 bagni Angolo cucina. Tutto perfetto A pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali di Napoli. Se ritorneremo a Napoli alloggeremo sicuramente qui. Ottimo per i bambini
