Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo hotel e confermiamo la gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig Vincenzo che è anche convenzionato con servizio taxi Ottimo ambiente pulito e in centro. Camere con tutti i confort e sicuramente ci torneremo per la terza volta

Posto pulito e personale gentile. La posizione è buona. Non consigliato per coloro che arrivano in auto perché mancano i parcheggi. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene e ci vorrei tornare per visitare ancora questa bellissima città. Il proprietario ci ha fornito dei buoni consigli. Consiglierei una manutenzione allo stabile.

E’ un piccolo albergo in un vecchio palazzo del centro storico di Napoli. La nostra camera affacciava il monastero di Santa Chiara. Stanza grande , pulita e in ordine. Bagno senza bidet. Da rifare. Forse il materasso sarebbe da cambiare. Personale gentilissimo. Il direttore molto disponibile . Forse Ci torneremo. Non ha l’ascensore e portare le valigie è pesante.

Il posto è strategico ma la proporzione tra qualità prezzo è negativa. Le camere sono minuscole con bagni degli anni 60, pavimenti plastificati che quando sono entrato erano ancora bagnati, il che seignifica che le pulizie sono state terminate qualche minuto prima che entrassi( poi ho scoperto essere state fatte dallo stesso ragazzo cingalese con funzioni di portierato nella struttura) e senza nessuna disnfestazione obbligata dalle misure anticovid. Per lo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio. Non lo suggerisco.

Camere spaziose e pulite dotate di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, cassaforte, ecc) A pochi passi dal chiostro maiolicato di Santa Chiara e da altri luoghi da visitare. Prezzo davvero conveniente.

Proprietario scostumato, si è permesso di minacciare, ed inoltre ha cambiato le date della prenotazione Avevo il checkin il 17 agosto, confermato anche dal mio amico che era affianco a me ed a visto tutto, chiamo l albergo, il proprietario inizia a dire che non avevo prenotato, quando avevo la prenotazione davanti agli occhi, il tempo di chiudere la telefonata ,ricontrollo la prenotazione e vedo che e stata spostata per il 31.. ed in più per una sola persona quando era per 2 Il proprietario richiama, iniziando a minacciare Testuali parole" se vengo li ed e come dico io t'insegno a correre " detto in napoletano però. Giustamente il rimborso non lo da Ma non fa niente. Uno schifo, vergognoso Non andateci
