Almost a perfect stay. The shower was broken but it had a handheld extension so I had to shower with that, I rather they buy a working 99 cents shower head than the whole shower setup they have that doesn't work. I like to be left alone so after check-in in a had no contact with anyone from the room, I like that personality. It had a balcony with a street view. It was mostly quiet. It was a clean big room with a big bed. What they call breakfast is a basket of snacks with some milk and juice in the fridge. There is a smell that creeps in from the bathroom so keep the bathroom door closed. I had a great time but the broken shower was annoying.

Great host, very kind, friendly and passionate. The place is exceptional! Very clean, spacious and well lit. Location is good, close to Naples central, close to shopping and dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this beautiful home.

The room is so comfortable and clean. the AC is strong which was needed in mid august.
The host did not answer 2x when I called her upon arrival, but she promptly called me back and gave me the code for the front door and gave me instructions on how to retrieve the keys from the lockbox.
I didn’t know this would be a multi-step process. There’s no front desk, and we did not meet the host in person. Everything was done via whatsapp which added to our anxiety during check in.
The neighborhood is dirty and shoddy but despite the lack of cleanliness in the area and city in general, we still felt safe as 2 women.
Keep in mind that Napoli is not a clean city to begin with. We were beyond shocked.

Overall the property is nice and clean and good value for the price. Communication before checking in was poor which left us a little anxious.

It was clean and decently kept. The location wasn’t great, wasn’t in the greatest or cleanest part of Naples. The place states it is a B&B although breakfast is pre-packaged as single serving biscuits and snacks? Disappointed

It's situated in a center area very close to public transport. The people are very nice and warm. The rooms are very clean.

We arrived to the hotel to get informed that there was a mistake on our reservation and we couldn’t stay there.
However the hostess was really helpfull and made a reservation for us in a hotel nearby. She stayed in touch until we were settled at the new hotel and made sure everything was ok.

Too bad because the location is convenient, the room spacious and comfortable .... but after a day of walking, the thing you want most is a comfortable bed. The mattress is completely broken in the central part, so much so that I lifted it to see that there weren't any broken slats. The latter are not broken but are supported by rolled up towels. Impossible to sleep except by curling up at the edges
