Just to be clear, this is a regular flat within a residential compound divided into 5 seperate rooms sharing a kitchen. It's below ground level with limited sunlight. If you can get past that, it's quite convenient only a short walk from Materdei station and Via Toledo so can't complain much about negatives. Still a bit pricey for what it offers.
The owner Luca is quite helpful and suggested excellent osterias in the area

Ho pernottato per un fine settimana da Soave Rooms. Camera molto carina, confortevole e molto pulita ( sia la camera che il bagno). È presente anche un piccolo cucinotto in comune con le altre camere. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissimo alla fermata Materdei della metro 1 e molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi il quartiere Sanità, dov’è possibile visitare le catacombe di San Gennaro e San Gaudioso. Torneremo sicuramente.

Premesso che per arrivare in camera sembra un labirinto, difficile da raggiungere e in un palazzo vecchio. Appena arrivati in camera ci accoglie cattivo odore di fogna. Le lenzuola piene di piccoli peli. Pavimento pulito. Bagno abbastanza pulito. L odore di fogna è andato via dopo qualche ora, ma se non stacchi il frigo (che se però lo stacchi riempie il pavimento di acqua) non dormi tutta la notte per il rumore infernale. Cuscini e letto abbastanza comodi. Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo, nessun bar nelle vicinanze. In generale da evitare.

Posizione comodissima con la metro 1 così vicina! E' possibile inoltre raggiungere velocemente il Museo Archologico anche a piedi. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite, l'arredamento nuovissimo e i letti comodi. All'interno delle stanze sono fornite alcune merendine e cialde per il caffè (la macchinetta è a disposizione nella cucina comune, insieme a pentole e stoviglie). I proprietari, super disponibili, vi daranno tutte le informazioni di cui potreste aver bisogno. Soggiorno consigliatissimo per un weekend!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 piacevoli notti presso Soave Rooms. Molto vicino alla fermata metro Materdei, è anche facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro. Nelle vicinanze anche una rosticceria, bar e un piccolo supermercato, oltre ad altri servizi. Le stanze sono molto comode, fornite di tutti i servizi, come anche la zona comune con tutto l'occorente per prepararsi un tè o fare uno spuntino. Molto gradita anche la cordialità e la gentilezza dei proprietari, molto disponibili anche per consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare a Napoli.

Esperienza veramente ottima. Struttura ben organizzata e gestita, anche da remoto assistenza continua. A poche centinaia di metri parcheggio a pagamento molto affidabile e preciso. Stazione della metro a due passi. Stanza e bagno molto puliti e ben arredati. Cucina in condivisione ben fornita e con raccolta differenziata. A mio parere davvero TOP!
