SUPER ENTUSIASTA , se potessi darei più di 5 stelle ( meritate ) ho alloggiato tre giorni presso Base Napoli , accolti da Paolo una persona eccezionale , disponibile ad aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta facilitando la nostra vacanza per visitare Napoli con consigli perfetti , una persona squisita e di una gentilezza unica dall’inizio alla fine , non potevamo trovare di meglio , posizione perfetta , strategica ad un passo dal lungomare servitissima di tutto , locali sul mare a non finire , bar , pizzerie , supermercati , bus ,metro e taxi per raggiungere il centro in dieci minuti e molto altro , non manca davvero nulla Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno , pulizia delle camere ottima , letti comodi e camere molto accoglienti per non parlare della vista , bellissima su piazza Sannazaro e vista mare , un vero spettacolo . La zona di Mergellina è pazzesca per chi vuole vivere la vacanza in modo perfetto … stra consiglio questa struttura ad occhi chiusi , io ci ritornerò sicuramente , ancora GRAZIE A Paolo di tutto e grazie Napoli , bella da morire Ciao A presto da Sonia e Filippo , Bianca e Nico con tanto affetto

Ottima posizione di questo B&B in zona strategica a Mergellina. Di seguito alcune considerazioni: - La camera assegnata presentava zone con muffa; - Il servizio Sky, sicuramente un plus, deve essere funzionante, il primo giorno del soggiorno non lo è stato; - Abbiamo segnalato il problema di rumore costante (giorno e notte) proveniente dal palazzo che è stato minimizzato: ciò ha causato una difficile gestione del sonno notturno; - La camera non è stata sistemata il giorno di Pasqua e ci siamo ritrovati senza carta igienica prima del termine del soggiorno; - Non abbiamo capito l'assenza della colazione. Purtroppo le premesse erano diverse, speriamo che i suggeriementi possano essere in qualche modo utili per migliorare il servizio offerto.

Siamo stati in questa struttura i primi di ottobre ,ci siamo trovati molto bene la posizione è strategica per poter andare a visitare tutta napoli xke e 'vicino alla stazione metropolitana di mergellina . vicinissimo a via caracciolo ..la camera è pulita e spaziosa affaccia sulla piazza bellissima .l'host simpatico e disponibile come il resto dello staff .Ci torneremo al più presto. .consigliato

Un super accueil, pas de surprise, tout était comme dans la description. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar un peu plus loin, reçu par des gens extrêmement gentils et accueillants. L hôtel est très bien situé, tout est à côté, la gare, la mer et les commerces.

El peor de toda mi vida. Una habitación sucia, pero muy sucia, el baño tremendo moho, viejo menos mal que pudimos comprar chancletas. El colchón tenía como bolitas preferimos no indagar. La cocina tenía 2 vasos sucios y no pudimos ni siquiera desayunar en la habitación. Y ojo no te dejes nada que se lo quedan, no te contestan y no los puedes volver a contactar. No lo recomiendo para nada
