Good location, friendly and helpful staff, bathroom a bit tired - shower head needs replacing ( room 205).

Stayed here with my family of 4 including 2 teenaged boys. The location was amazing!! Via Chiaia is a great location to stay in Naples and I would stay here again. Its a 5 min walk to the Spanish Quarter, and while its quiet lively, its not overly busy. There are many place to shop, dine and explore and this is right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend Donna Sofia - the best pizza and great street food with warm service. The Hotel was quite nice, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complain is that the beds are not very comfortable and the pillows are terrible (flat and stiff). At the end of a busy day of site seeing, I just couldn't get a great rest. This was our first time to Naples and it was an incredible experience. The City is hectic, busy and loud. When you first arrive it can be a bit overwhelming. BUT, we found the people warm and hospitable and once you get used to the rhythm of the city, its just amazing. So many place to explore and so much to do. From naples, we also visited Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast. We LOVED our stay here, and despite all the warnings about pick-pockets, we had no troubles at all. We traveled in and out of the train station, we walked through every back alley in the City, we used the local beeches and always felt safe.

Amazing location, with shopping, dining and attractions all near by. This is the perfect spot to explore Naples from. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms were very clean. Bathroom is small and shower is micro - Barry enough space for a very slim person to stand up in. Beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst I have ever had - completely flat and hard. Change the mattress and get some new pillows and this place would be off the charts!! Eat at Donna Sofia across the street - beat pizza and street food. Naples is safe and fun - we had a blast. We walked day and night through the streets, visited back alleys in the Spanish quarter and travelled in and out via the train station - never had a problem anywhere. I would NOT stay close to the train station - it’s definitely a bit grittier and not as central.

Old building in a great neighborhood. Towels are very old. Room was spacious. Pull out couch not very comfortable.

Great value for money! Perfect location at the most popular pedestrian street Via Chiaia. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price. Short walking distance to everything, like the old town, the sea and the cable car.

We were staying for 6 nights at the hotel. The location, the room, and the staff were the best. We had a very pleasant stay. We had the pleasure of Nishan as a receptionist and he was really skilled, knowledgeable and understanding. Furthermore, the room service was great. Biggest recommendations from here.

great location, reasonable prices. only criticism is that you only get one key per room, we were 4 adults together so its impossible to come home at different times. or you have to come down and let the others in as not manned over night
