Comfy hotel in a great location in Naples. Staff was excellent. Location is a bit hard to find (through a door off the stairs and up some stairs), I do wish the hotel provided directions prior to our arrival.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel a hidden gem. Located through a little door up in a lift the hotel was cool clean and reception staff very helpful. Spoke good English, breakfast good selection chosen in advance. Room was big with a large shower. Highly recommended!

The hotel is situated in the historical part of Napoli. The room was great, and the hotel was quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Since I haven't been in Napoli before, they provided me with map and how to navigate in the town. This hotel is without staff during the night, but you are provided with key to lock yourself in. Breakfast was good, but poor selection. The big minus about this hotel is the elevator which is very small, and you will have to have a lot of 10 cents to pay for using it. The staff are helpful with the exchange for the 10 cent.

Hotel direi buono in posizione ottimale per vitare il centro di Napoli vicino a tutti i luoghi da visitare pulizia ottima bagno con una doccia molto ampia un po' rumoroso con gli scarichi e senza finestra prima colazione buona personale disponibilissimo dire un buon hotel

Sono stato ospite dieci giorni di questo adorabile, piccolo albergo, all'interno di uno dei celebri palazzi storici di Napoli, accanto al Gesù Nuovo. Posizione strategica nella zona più bella di Spaccanapoli, equidistante da Duomo e Palazzo Reale e a ridosso del Monastero di Santa Chiara e della Cappella Sansevero. Camere ampie, ben curate, pulite, con tutti i "comfort" ed in più, impagabile, la grande umanità di tutto lo "staff" che ti fa sentire uno di famiglia. Gentilezza, attenzioni, dopo neanche un giorno ti sembra di essere ... a casa. Così è dura ripartire, è dura ripartire da Napoli ed è dura lasciare l'albergo/casa. La bellezza di Napoli è racchiusa qui ... in questo piccolo, adorabile albergo.
