Positive experience. Cozy structure. I liked that each room was named after a capital city. Mine was well appointed Singapore elegant bathroom. Clean and comfortable facility. Owner available. I will definitely be back

Terrible. We booked by phone and we had been told that the price for one night for two people was 55 euros, when looking on booking the price for one night was 52-54 euros. Once in the room you immediately notice the lack of cleanliness: behind the bedside table, which had not been moved for cleaning, we find a cigarette butt and a piece of paper; in addition, we took a bottle of sparkling water from the minibar which had been FILLED because it was not sealed and contained still water. Walls and curtains are in bad shape, even the bedside table is missing from one of the two sides of the bed. In the bathroom the situation is no better: clogged sink (complete with a sump, since the water fails to flow), shower without door, dirty walls stained with splashes of toothpaste. The icing on the cake: at the time of payment we were asked for an extra 5 euros of tourist tax, which was not covered on the phone, despite the fact that we were not asked for documents for acceptance and despite the fact that we were residents of the area. On the edge of illegality.

Excellent solution to stay in Naples, friendly and helpful owners, clean and tastefully furnished rooms. Only advice, it was a cold evening and we found the room cold, with the children for a shower it wasn't the best, but when we returned from dinner everything was fine.

We stayed in this fantastic B&B really a stone's throw from the Diego Armando Maradona stadium and everything was fine. We will gladly return. We had a good breakfast with fresh croissants, jam, Nutella, excess. Ah ... I forgot for those who have to see the Napoli match here and certainly excellent because a stone's throw away Thanks for the welcome Napoli

Let's start with the only positive thing: the bed, comfortable, warm and really restful. The rest, shocking, bordering on trauma. 1) check-in service (arrival time at 20.30, not at 2 in the morning) well organised, but very badly managed 2) breakfast, only from 8.30 to 10.30: if you want to have it earlier, you have to prepare it yourself, or worse, if you say you don't know whether to do it, then it won't be prepared for you (not for us, personally, but it happened to two other guests) 3) they take the money from the card without authorization after the first night (we stayed there two nights , and we had chosen with booking to pay directly at the place, therefore, as happens in all other places, you pay at check out) without asking for a document: my girlfriend is from Naples, they took her tourist tax, when they shouldn't have taken it! 4) room (Tokio) bordering on the ridiculous: desk destroyed in several parts, missing a blackout curtain that lets in light during the day (but also at night), the cartoons attached to the wall representing Tokyo which detached every 2 seconds (with the risk of them falling on your head while sleeping), no ventilation system in the bathroom, combined with the fact that a nauseating stench of sewage came out of the shower (maybe this isn't their fault, but I'd give it a check), heat not working (and it was cold, very cold in the room), coat hanger used only as decoration and not for real use 5) room cleaning service that ends at 11 (and it says inside the room), if you go out after that time, however, they guarantee you a change of towels: we go out at 11.02, for heaven's sake, so cleaning shouldn't be done (even if...) but what about a change of towels? Never received! After asking for explanations we were told: "we are sorry, if you want to take them yourself from the wardrobe outside the room" 6) non-existent final check out Paying 60 euros per night, some precautions towards the customer should be present regardless: in this place , they are completely missing!

B&B pulito ed accogliente. Personale gentile. Unica pecca una tenda mancante con luce che entra in stanza dalla mattina presto e la colazione andrebbe fatta a turni. Come in altri b&b dovrebbero chiederti l'orario per non essere affollati nella piccola stanzetta con altri clienti.

Complimenti! Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Siamo stati accolti con Cortesia, professionalità e pulizia. Colazione davvero eccezionale, croissant , cappuccino e caffè eccellenti. Sicuramente siamo intenzionati a tornare. Raccomandato!
