I fully enjoyed myself, although the toilets were not working after the 2nd day. I would go back again. The breakfast was great and so was the front desk.

We stayed at the Relais Piazza Del Plebiscito in June 2021, we highly recommend it because the rooms are very comfortable and fresh (even if outside is very hot), also silent because you don’t hear noise from outside. Staff is very friendly and breakfast tasty. Position is perfect to discover the city! We will be back ;)

Dirty rooms, gray linen, smelly bathroom (without windows and with a noisy and insufficient ventilation system), the breakfast room a hole where at most six of us can fit together, dirty cups and glasses, coffee and drinks from the machine" from hospital." We left the room at 10/00 as expected, at 10/15 we asked the courtesy of returning to the room to change quickly because we were caught in a downpour and we were soaking wet, NOTHING. We waited half an hour wet in the entrance hall, we couldn't open the garage, no one helped us so we could change in the car, garage full of rubbish, bricks, rubble and a broken bathtub! Garage paid for one night 35 euros. We reported!

Pessimo, perché non abbiamo trovato ol letto in camera, abbiamo trovato solo i cuscini, poi abbiamo visto che il pavimento non era pulitissimo, infatti, c'erano degli escrementi a terra, infine, c'era dell'acqua del pacchetto di biscotti e delle macchie di liquido verde sul pane. Reputo questo posto non consigliabile.

Posizione centralissima, camera confortevole, ordinata e pulita. Servizio ottimo, le ragazze alla reception super disponibili, simpatiche e gentilissime. Colazione variegata! Ed in ultimo, ma non per importanza, materasso super comodo, non il classico materasso da B&B!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in dayuse proprio oggi. Non ho parole per descrivere l’accoglienza speciale che lo staff tutto ha riservato per noi. Già dal telefono si percepisce una cura affettuosa per ogni richiesta. Ho potuto lasciare la macchina a loro senza stress in una Napoli particolarmente caotica oggi. La signora dai capelli rossi corti che ci ha accolti è dolcissima. La struttura si trova in un palazzo d’epoca ed è bellissimo osservare la struttura antica e il soffitto della hall. La camera che ci hanno consegnato era bellissima e comoda. A tema LiGalli, con un bagno comodissimo. Abbiamo davvero riposato benissimo prima di ripartire. La posizione è comodissima. Su piazza del plebiscito. Abbiamo potuto passeggiare poco prima di ritornare in stazione. Non potevo aspettare per ringraziarvi pubblicamente. Alla prossima.
