The location was perfect, quite area but walking distance to the main square and to the tram station. Didn't have much expectation on the breakfast, was quite poor. There was no receptionist during the day if there's no check in guest, which was a bit inconvenient so not suitable for any biz trip. The room was clean and quite, no issue.

Nice and small boutique hotel in quiet neighborhood. Interior design was stylish. Room was big and very clean. Good and friendly service. The breakfast was Italian style. Many products (yogurt, biscuits etc.) were packed in disposable plastic packets. It is not good for the environment.

Our stay at Villa San Martino was truly excellent. The hospitality was unparalleled - they made sure we always had water to drink, and the breakfast pastries were some of the best we’ve ever had! We highly, highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Naples. It’s close to the Metro and Funicolare and not too far from restaurants and shopping. But it’s nice and new, clean and exceptionally comfortable. We hope to be back!

· It was the second time we stayed here. As the first time it was such a pleasant stay. Davide gave us a warm welcome. The room was nice and clean. What I really like about this place is that you’re in a good location close to everything and yet it’s nice and quiet. We also enjoyed the closed parking at the villa. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Great property. Manager is also great and very helpful. He even paid your train tickets when my credit card did not work. Highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Naples. You got to stay in this hotel.

We stayed two nights at Villa San Martino. And I can only define it with a word: experience. Because is not only about a comfortable bed or a nice bathroom. It’s the way they treat you, putting all the attention in every detail to make your stay unforgettable. Specially Davide, who is always with a big smile on his face. With any doubt: we will be back !

Villa San Martino was truly a very pleasant discovery for our long weekend that just ended. The area is really very pleasant for both commercial and cultural offerings and is convenient for transport. The rooms offer every comfort with a comfortable bathroom equipped with a large shower, personal hygiene products and a hairdryer. There is also a kettle and tea bags and herbal teas. The breakfast is also very abundant in terms of choice both as a buffet (cereals, yoghurt, jams, butter, honey, biscuits, muffins, crustists and, rusks, fruit) and served (hot puff pastry, curly and shortcrust pastry, pain au chocolat, sweet and savory pancakes, toast and coffee). A unique silence and serenity. Special thanks to the very welcoming but unobtrusive staff. The proximity to the means of transport to the center is very convenient. When we return to Naples we will definitely stay at Villa San Martino again.
