This is the best hotel in Narathiwat. Brand new, super clean and comfortable and nice design of the rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, great central location. There's also an excellent sushi restaurant connected to the hotel. There are very few hotels in Narathiwat and this is far and away the best option in town. Highly recommended!
One thing to note - they ask for a 1000 baht cash deposit for the room (returned at check out) and they don't accept cards for payment (only PromptPay QR code). If you're a foreigner without prompt pay, make sure you have cash for deposit + room rate.

The bathroom was quite old and had several broken fixtures, necessitating a room change. However, the room overall was spacious with a comfortable bed and didn't feel cramped. The room decor had a vintage style. For breakfast, when guest occupancy was low, it was served as a set menu, which we found to be quite limited. The staff were attentive and welcoming.

Great location, right in the middle of the town. Amazon coffee & 7/11 are just across the road. I did pay for the upgrade to Family suite including breakfast. Breakfast choices & quality was pretty bad, no proper coffee but instant one, no bread selection only white toast. American breakfast portion was very tiny. No buffet available.
The hotel is very old but acceptable. Cleanliness was ok but not happy with the amenities. Needed to buy for my own used from 7/11. Overall satisfaction is somewhat 5-6
