Comfortable beds and good breakfast as always staff very pleasant and helpful. This hotel has a nice la Boucherie restaurant adjoining, and is very easy to get to and from the autoroute for onward travel.

Very good stop over location; although we did find it awkward to locate coming off the freeway Once there it was very clean and efficient Didn’t appear to be an elevator Room was very functional Restaurant next door had a nice atmosphere and the food was good Outdoor seating area was plus EV charge points but we didn’t use

Les chambres propres, mais pas serviettes à la salle de bains… Après demande nous avons trouvé 2 petits linges. Il faut absolument changer la machine à laver… car la vaisselle n’est pas propre, il m’a fallut 8 tasses à café pour en trouver une presque propre et ne regarder pas les services de trop près car c’est pas nette.

Rien à dire sur les chambres qui sont conformes à ce que l’on attend d’un Ibis mais les prix sont plus élevés (voir doublés pour le petit-déjeuner) par rapport au même hôtel à Carcassonne par exemple sans que nous n’ayons trouvé de différence pouvant expliquer cet écart... D’autre part le restaurant "La Boucherie" accolé à l’hôtel est certes très pratique vu que le centre-ville est éloigné mais le personnel manque de formation. Dommage...

Une chambre non nettoyée du café au sol une machine à café salle des capsules vides des bouteilles vides sous le lit. Mais une personne a l'accueil très gentille et agréable. Je ne conseil Pas l'hôtel. Un beau petit déjeuner complet et copieux

Une femme ne peut pas ouvrir seule la porte de la chambre le groom étant tendu au maximun. Chambre étroite et sans confort, la sdb n'en parlons pas. La chambre pour PMR : Ils semblent avoir oublié qu'une personne à mobilité réduite circule avec un fauteuil. l'entrée est compliquée par la résistance du groom, mais une fois à l'intérieur, surprise. comment ouvrir la porte depuis un fauteuil roulant qui passe juste entre le mur et le lit. La salle de bains n'est pas adaptée, WC trop bas, et l'appui déglingué.

Fidèles clients Ibis, nous avons été plutôt déçus par celui-ci . L'isolation phonique des chambres est loin d'être optimale. La salle du petit-déjeuner aurait besoin d'être rénovée. Certes le prix n'est pas trop élevé, mais cela ne vaut pas plus cher.
