The room was clean and spacious enough. The buffet breakfast is on the first floor, where you can watch the airport shuttle's progress as you eat – it runs every 20 minutes, which is super convenient. What really deserves praise is how thoughtful the airport shuttle service is. They even have Chinese-speaking staff on board and extra seats, perhaps in case it gets crowded. You can catch this shuttle at a designated stop at Narita Airport.

Whenever I come to Narita, I stay here. The midnight shuttle bus is incredibly convenient, and the rooms are significantly larger compared to other hotels. It's the perfect choice for an early morning flight the next day.

We stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money. The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍 It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

The best value-for-money hotel near Chen Tian Airport. They even offer a shuttle service and free breakfast, which is incredibly cheap for Japan. I'll definitely stay here again next time. There's also a Lawson convenience store nearby.

Booking the new building was probably the biggest mistake! The room was really tiny, and the public facilities weren't up to par. I guess convenience is the main selling point, being so close to the airport. Breakfast at the main building was surprisingly good though!

I had an early morning flight, so I decided to stay near the airport the night before. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport; you just need to wait at the designated spot.
